Alpine Valley Getaways is a booking and discovery platform for short-term stays in Victoria’s High Country. The goal was to create a site that feels calm, trustworthy and easy to navigate while supporting real user intent: quickly finding and booking the right property.
This project tackled a core scalability problem: our live-ops pipeline couldn’t keep up with the game. Every new expansion required designers and marketers to funnel content through developers, creating bottlenecks in a space where speed and iteration were critical.
I managed the UI/UX for Inkpay, the leading Buy Now, Pay Later Fintech company for Tattoo's in AU, NZ and UK. They required an app for their growing user base.
This project focused on designing and validating the iconography and layout for the combat log, working closely alongside another UX designer. The goal was to ensure players could quickly understand what had happened in previous turns and use that information to adjust their strategy mid-match.
I led the design of a new card upgrade system that allowed players to invest either in-game or store-purchased currency to improve their cards. Because this functionality did not previously exist in the game, the work began at a foundational level, defining not only the interface, but the underlying player flow, decision points, and progression model.
